From first conversation to a useful, working result.
The path stays simple and conversational. Straightforward requests can move quickly; larger work gets more definition, checkpoints, and documentation.
1
Review & discuss
I review what you send, then reach out to understand the context, priorities, and what you want to work better.
2
Scope & estimate
We define the likely work, assumptions, responsibilities, and pricing approach. When practical, I provide an estimate or written project outline for review.
3
Work, explain & hand off
I complete the agreed work, keep questions open, explain what changed, and hand over the systems, accounts, and documentation that belong to you.
Businesses and organizations I support
Lazy J Farms Butcher Shop
Supported Lazy J Farms Butcher Shop from before opening, including network and infrastructure design; purpose-built computers when comparable prebuilts were significantly more expensive; POS research and setup; barcode and weight-embedded scale integration; scale configuration and maintenance; and a website built and managed on a hosted commerce platform. Ongoing work includes shipping-software integration and workflow design, product and pricing data, cost review, reporting, accounts, online ordering, and the technology and procedures connecting daily operations. The goal is less manual entry, fewer avoidable mistakes, and a smoother flow between store, online, and shipping work.
Sunrise Pointe Dance Company
Built and maintain the organization’s public website for performances, images, information, and updates. I also help with event operations, run audio and stage lighting, and assist with printed show programs and other design or production needs. The work helps SPDC communicate clearly and reduces reliance on additional venue-provided technical services.
